Lonesome Pine Fiddlers Commemorative Dreadnought acoustic guitar, A true pioneering force of early bluegrass music, the Lonesome Pine Fiddlers were responsible for shaping the early sounds of old-time string, bluegrass, and country music as well as inspiring the careers of other great players like Bobby Osborne, Jimmy and Paul Williams, and current Blueridge guitar endorser, Melvin Goins. To commemorate the 70th Anniversary of this legendary band, Saga Musical Instruments and the Cline Family have commissioned the Lonesome Pine Fiddlers 70th Anniversary Acoustic Guitar. Like the band, this dreadnought acoustic guitar also represents a 70-year history with design elements from the same year the band began its musical journey. This example has been lightly played, and in very good condition with one professionally repaired top crack. It has minimal fret wear, plays beautifully, and boasts a full vintage tone. The guitar pictured is the exact instrument that is for sale.
